ICS is very easy to use. It is such an improvement from what we used to have. It's faster, easier, and makes Recruitment run very smoothly.

It made our lives much simpler! I appreciated that we were able to calculate reports quickly. We were also able to move women in the system very quickly and easily. The system provided great information to the chapters which made them feel more prepared before the beginning of rounds as well.

The ease of using it. All my recruitment chairs, exec. officers, and PNMs had nothing but good things to say. Everyone was apprehensive about changing from hand matching to a computer system, but they were pleasantly surprised. (Not to mention that hours of sleep we were able to get each night because we weren't doing hand matching.)
